Vertzami villa is located just 2km from Lefkada center in the quiet and green area Apolpaina. You will have access to a private villa with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Its uniqueness hides in our beautiful attic with the wooden roof that opens up the space making it perfect to relax. Our exterior has all you need from taking a swim in the swimming pool in the morning to having dinner and wine with your company at night gazing at the silence of Apolpaina village. The space Vertzami Villa has a modern and minimalistic disposition. The interior is decorated in a way to express austerity and purity with modern equipment and benefits to make you feel comfortable. Lighting has been set in a way to provide comfort and warmth. Our exterior can accommodate all needs. From dining while drinking wine at the dining table, to looking at the mountain view from the sofa and sunbathing while relaxing on the sunbeds. From the ground floor balcony doors you are lead at the outside of the villa where you can enjoy a wooden dining table and an outdoor sofa. We offer you a private pool and BBQ area to create and enjoy unforgettable moments - The ground floor is consisted by a fully equiped kitchen, a living room with a three-seater couch and a T.V. & a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm), fitted with an Elite mattress from the Sealy line, air-condition, as well as spacious wardrobes. - The staircase, decorated with a hidden lighting, leads to the second floor where you will find the second bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower. The uniqueness and intriguing part of the room is based on it being an open loft with a vast amount of natural light. The bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm), fitted with an Elite mattress from the Sealy line, an air-condition and spacious wardrobes. NOTE: The capacity of the villa is for 4 guests, we accept reservations that other than the 4 guests has one baby with them, not more. We will provide one baby cot and one high chair.
