Relax and enjoy yourselves in our two bedroom guest suite. The space For your peace of mind, we run fans to replace the air in the suite and do a minimum three hour extensive clean after every group of guests using natural cleaning and sanitizing products. Mossy Hill is well-maintained space with an emphasis on clean, simple lines while not sacrificing the character which is achieved through special touches like hundred-year-old reclaimed fir doors, prominent fir trim, and natural light solar tubes. Between the extra sound insulation and comfortable king sized and queen sized beds you can be assured that you wake up refreshed. A comfortable double sized sofa bed is also available for groups of more than four people. The private entrance opens onto reclaimed brick patio area for your enjoyment. You will find a patio table and chairs next to the big BBQ. There is a sufficient parking space up to accommodate two vehicles. Guest access Mossy Hill has access to a private patio area and free parking. Other things to note -Check out time is 11 AM and check in time is 3 PM. -Rates are based on 2 occupants per room however there is a queen size sofa bed available. If you have more than four people (older than 12 mos old) in your party an additional charge will apply. -High definition Shaw cable is available for your entertainment. -Internet is available under the name of Mossy Hill. The password changes periodically and will be given to you when you check in. -A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the suite. Laundry detergent, an iron and an ironing board can be found in the laundry area. -As everyone has a different preference for pillows, alternative thickness pillows are provided and can be found in the master closet or under the king sized bed. -There are beds located in separate bedrooms, king size and queen size, and they are medium firm beds. There is also a queen sized sofa bed if needed. -The water in the suite is supplied from Mount Maxwell Lake and is known to be the best tasting and freshest water on Salt Spring Island. We also have a Britta pitcher filled with filtered water in the fridge for you. -To help minimize allergens we maintain a pet and smoke free environment, however smoking is permitted on the patio.
