Votsalo House

This is a lovely 2-floor house with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen, and 3 terraces to enjoy the weather in the shade or sun. It has a garden where you can again relax, or socialise under a pergola and a build-in couch and table. The sea is 150m away, through a clean path , leading to one of the best beaches of the island, calm, unspoiled, sandy. The area is safe, with no roads to cross. An excellent taverna, a mini market and a kitesurfing club are within 200m distance. The space The name of the house ("Votsalo") is derived from the wonderful garden pergola that has a built-in table in the shape of a "votsalo", the greek word for sea pebble stone. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen, on 2 levels. Most windows are equipped with mosquito nets. a. Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. It has a direct access to a north-east facing covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs. b. Living. The sofa in the living room can be used to sleep 2 more people. There is smart 43” TV in the living room, and of course wifi. There is a balcony, where a 6-people table and chairs are placed, with view to the sea. A/c is installed. c. Bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds (can be pulled together if so desired) and the 2nd one a double bed. Both have integrated wardrobes. The front (south west) bedroom leads into a shaded area, with direct access into the garden. A/c is installed. d. Bathroom. There is a shower, w/c and washing machine located just outside the bathroom. The garden There are 2 garden areas. The first one is connected with the main road, where the cars/bikes can be parked. Then there is a garden area to the left and front of the house, where the tenants can use an 10-people sitting area, covered by a pergola, next to a BBQ. This is a fantastic resting/family meeting point, as it is fresh, quiet, safe for kids etc. Guest access The guests can access all areas.
