Sleeping 10, this house is perfect for any group or family! The recent renovations converted the downstairs basement from an independent living unit to part of the overall house. As a result, it may seem unusual for there to be two kitchens and two sets of washer dryers in this house. But you deserve luxury so why not two kitchens and two sets of W/Ds? Treat yourself and your family :)

Nestled along Highway 1 near the Potomac River, Potomac West is a bustling neighborhood with unbeatable access to historic Downtown Alexandria. Potomac West’s residential streets are lined with upscale, longstanding homes and luxury apartments available for rent. Because of the neighborhood’s central location, rent tends to be at a higher price point, but there are affordable housing options in the area as well. Potomac Yard Center sits across Highway 1 and features several department stores, retailers, and grocers, with more dining and shopping options available throughout the area. Along Mount Vernon Avenue you’ll find charming, locally owned restaurants, cafés, specialty shops, and a farmers market. Several subway stations help commuters get to and from their destinations, with the most popular locale being Washington, DC, located just seven miles north of Potomac West.

Pets may be allowed (25lbs or less) for an additional fee ranging from $75 - $300 depending on length of stay.

There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and Enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' coverage! A $49 damage deposit waiver has been included in the cleaning fee for this incidental coverage ($60 value!). This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
