It is ideal for 2 adults, and comfortable for a couple with up to 2 children. Sleeps 3 adults using the new (less comfortable) double sofa bed. Cable television and high-speed Wi-Fi Fiber Internet, 500Mbps/100Mbps (Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz band and 5 GHz band), depending on your equipment. ‘Kitchenette’ equipped with microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, air fryer, toaster, juice maker and blender. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The entire apartment is secure, with a fire alarm, and a free safe for personal valuables. We have improved cleaning. Your health and safety are our top priority. We are doing our part to help SUITEON7TH guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting floors and frequently touched surfaces like light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc. before check-in. (cleaning utensils are available for any situation...) Enjoy our magnificent balcony with sea views and excellent sunsets for your meals. Guest access Plenty of public parking next to the building. During your stay you will only use your vehicle, for trips outside Vilamoura, you have everything at hand without using your car. Other things to note Reservations from and for people under the age of 25 are not accepted. Check-in procedures: - Check-in is not in person and is carried out using codes. - All guests wishing to check-in must have provided guest identification or completed the guest registration form, for information purposes to the national authorities (S.E.F.) otherwise check-in will be canceled at the expense of the guest. without the right to remuneration. (photo of the document is accepted) - You cannot use the common parts of the Building. - SILENCE from 10pm until 10am. - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT - Do not leave rubbish in the apartment. - Do not leave dirty dishes. - Closed windows. - When leaving, leave the keys on the table in the room, or in the safe where you found them, next to the entrance door. - For long-term rentals, there is a condition: every two weeks, an intervention from our local service provider, Daniela, will be required. This intervention will include cleaning the apartment and changing clothes and towels. The cost associated with this intervention is thirty euros per incident and must be paid directly to Daniela.
