Villa Thealassa is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Set in an elevated position overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains, Villa Thealassa sits on a lush 4,100 sq. m. private estate, offering magnificent sea views and a wonderful sense of calm, while still being just a short drive from Chania Old Town and nearby golden-sand beaches. The space The 270 sq. m. single-level villa features five well-equipped bedrooms, accommodating ten guests, or up to eleven if needed. Interior -Single-floor layout for easy access and comfortable living. -Entrance hallway with a wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and outdoor dining area. Living & Dining Area - Spacious, light-filled open-plan space. -Living room: large double doors to veranda and pool terrace, 50’’ HDTV with Netflix, stereo system, board games, game console, and fireplace. -Dining area: seats up to 10 guests, garden views, and connects directly to the kitchen. -Kitchen: fully equipped for self-catered holidays, includes a second round dining table for 6 guests. Bedrooms: -Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower, self-controlled A/C, closet, window shutters, full-length mirror. -Bedroom 2: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can join to form a king, self-controlled A/C, closet, vanity with mirror, window shutters, direct pool access. -Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can join to form a king, self-controlled A/C, closet, vanity with mirror, and window shutters. -Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, closet, full-length mirror, window shutters. -Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, self-controlled A/C, closet, window shutters. (Currently under construction, photos to be added.) -Additional Bathrooms: one with a shower cabin, one with a bathtub and a shower cabin.
