Luxurious Pink House and Parking

An almost secular family home, fully renovated and equipped, where nothing is missing for you to spend your vacation in a quiet and restful way in absolute privacy and security. The house has a small outdoor garden, a leisure area where you can socialize or rest, and private parking for up to 2 cars. The ground floor bedroom can be converted into 2 single beds. For the room, if the occupancy is only for 2 couples and for a minimum stay of 5 nights The space The house has 3 en-suites, all with a full bathroom. The main en-suite, on the upper floor, has a living room with 3 sofas and cable TV with about 200 channels. On the same floor, there is another en-suite facing the garden, which also has cable TV. The downstairs suite has the particularity of being able to be used with a double bed or 2 single beds. In the event that only the 2 Suites on the upper floor are occupied, i.e. by 2 couples, with longer-term occupancy, this Suite can be transformed into a living room with 2 large sofas and Cable TV, especially in winter. We remind you that the beds are made with linens, just as the bathrooms are fully equipped with towels. For stays longer than 6 nights, the linens will be replaced. Guest access Guests have access to the necessary Suites, the number of people on the reservation, and the rest of the house, except for the pantry on the lower floor, as well as the space in the basement, which are service spaces. It also has all the outdoor space, including parking, but only for your own use. If there is someone with limited mobility, they have easy access to the lower floor. We have a baby crib, with bed linen, we also have a high chair for eating, as well as, if necessary, a car seat, in addition to basic baby dishes. Other things to note Our house is private, and completely managed by us, a retired older couple, with many trips already lived, who does this work with great care and demand so that everything is perfect, and runs in a way that does not miss anything to those who visit us. We make this work a pleasure, so we try to do it as if we were the visitors, doing everything as we would like them to do with us when traveling. We are the ones who receive and check in those who arrive, who accompany and help with everything you need, always being available for any situation.
