Comfortably furnished patio villa near Pimlico Rec. center. 10-Minute golf cart ride to golf courses, Walmart, Costco, Publix, Fresh Market & many restaurants. Enjoy the lanai as the sun comes up. Grill on the private patio in the evening. The Villages is a large but this home is centrally located! It has easy access to the main town squares, Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. One dog is allowed. We can offer leash-free yard access (which is rare.) Golf cart available for additional fee. The space The living room/ kitchen / dining is open plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king bed and a 55" TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. All appliances are new. The side patio feels very private and has an awning that extends out to provide nice shade throughout the day. You have multiple places to sit with a laptop if you're working from home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is one golf cart that is set aside for the owners, and one courtesy cart available in the garage. Guest vehicles should park in the driveway or on the road. The golf carts are to be parked every night in the garage.
