Palm Views on Waiheke is a beautifully presented and centrally located cottage within a three minute walk to the white sands of Palm Beach. The space The cottage is stylish and comfortable with all the modern conveniences required for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan with large sliding glass doors leading to the large deck and covered outdoor seating / BBQ area. There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom in the main house with a third bedroom and second bathroom each accessed externally from the back of the house. Guests love the outdoor shower, private gardens and proximity to the beach at this lovely bach. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed, Bedroom 3 (external access) - 1 x queen bed. Please note: A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $250.00 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights at all other times. Please note: Palm Views is accessed via a steep 75 metre path from the parking area. At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping.
