Our beautiful home is located within The Woodlands in the village of Creekside. It is recently furnished to host 1 or 2 families (sleeps 11) with its ample spaces and big backyard. Modern eclectic decoration with a very cozy cabin-like feel to it. Open floor plan in bottom floor great for family dinners and interaction. Travel crib available for babies. Sofa Bed in the Office (Bedroom #5) sleeps 2 and extra floor mattresses can sleep 3-4 kids extra in Game Room. Brand new pool & SPA will take your breath away with a one of a kind sunken fire pit and outdoor kitchen to spend fun times outside!! All rooms except a couple of closets and car garage. Aside from the 4 bed rooms, Game room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2. Flawless communication. Quiet, safe, and very family oriented with quick access to main roads, shopping, restaurants, supermarket, parks, golf course, pool, lakes, biking, etc. Trees and forest all around. Uber it or rent a car preferably, distances in TX are LONG! We live in the woods so it's no surprise if you see all types of animals in the surrounding areas including our back yard (deer, frogs, rabbits, snakes, bugs, spiders, armadillos, coyotes, you name it!).... Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed (except service dogs but please let us know in advance). Please NO SHOES in top floor nor bedrooms!! Use of pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. No life guard available. Please refrain from accessing the house while wet. Cost to heat pool and/or SPA is extra, please contact us.
