Our home is completely updated with gorgeous details, comfortable furniture, plenty of light, and tons of space for a family or a small group of friends. Our location couldn’t be better! We are walking distance to Moon Dunes beach! We are also located adjacent to Tahoe Regional Park where you can hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, and more, right out of the front door. The home is situated on two main levels. Enter into the foyer, and walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find our fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a fireplace, deck with a BBQ, and the master suite. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and enjoy each other’s company. We have a large leather sectional couch, a fireplace, a TV, and even a chess table! The living room walks out onto a deck with stairs down to the backyard. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. The cozy master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an updated shower and soaking tub. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, another living area with a couch and a TV and an additional bathroom. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with access to the outside. The second is the ‘kid’s room’ with two twin trundle beds. The common area down on this floor has a comfortable couch and a Smart TV. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home (including the garage) during your stay (except for a few locked closets).
