The space The apartment is located on Grand Avenue above the historic building that was once a car dealership back in the 1950's and is now Ace Hardware. We have taken great care to design the space for warmth and comfort, while retaining the historic charm. The layout and the amenities are as follows: THE HOUSE: • 1740 sqft living space • 4 bedrooms • 1 full bath and 1 ¾ bath • Large open concept living and dining room • Fully stocked kitchen • Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and laundry detergent • Smart Tv’s in all bedrooms and living room. • Fastest WiFi service available, easily stream on multiple devices at once • Books and Board Games for your non streaming entertainment Bedroom 1: • Queen size bed with organic sheets, both firm and soft pillows and a comfortable mattress. • Ample room in the closet and dresser for all of your unpacking needs. Bedroom 2: • King size bed with organic sheets, both firm and soft pillows and a comfortable mattress. • Unpacking is made easy with a large walk in closet with plenty of hangers and a large dresser. • The king bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom. Bedroom 3: • Full size bed with organic sheets, both hard and soft pillows and a comfortable mattress • Builtins and two large closets provide plenty of room for all of your unpacking needs • Access from bedroom to 3/4 bath Bedroom 4: • Two twin size beds with organic sheets and comfortable pillows and mattresses. • Plenty of space to lounge, play games or read a book in a very comfy chair. • The large bedroom space overlooks the private rooftop deck. Bathrooms: • Both bathrooms feature plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hair dryers. • Extra towels in linen closets Kitchen: • Stocked with pots, pans, baking trays and serving dishes • Plenty of dishes and silverware • Keurig, French press and an electric tea kettle • Coffee and Tea selections • Dishwasher with detergent Parking: • During the day you will need to park on the street. It is generally very easy to find a spot. After 9pm you may park in the Ace Hardware parking lot behind the building. You will need to move your car by 9am to the street.
