Great View of Bear Lake. Cabin is newly constructed. Theatre, indoor rec/garage. 10 bedrooms that have a queen/king and foldout chair/bed. Bunk bedroom/pirate play room sleeps 13. Large kids play area in bonus room with slide. House can sleep 46 in some kind of bed. ( hide a beds, cots and and we have lots of mats.) So much indoor fun to enjoy and of course, the beautiful lake and walking/bike path nearby. Beautiful home with lots of room to enjoy a family get together!! Lots of indoor fun including half court basketball, pickleball, and volleyball. Large kids play area with a slide. Close to the lake and all of the fun!! Sleeps 42 in beds, cots, hide beds. Nine bedrooms that have a queen bed and a folding chairbed. Theatre room can also be a bedroom and a bunk room where 13 can sleep. The view of the lake is beautiful from the deck level and upper level. Outdoors has a covered deck with BBQ grill and grass area to play. There is around 6,000 square feet of usable space for the guests. There is a large kitchen and pantry. The kitchen is equipped with all of the needed pans, cookware, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and appliances needed to feed a large group. There are 3 ovens that are all convection. Two full fridges right in the kitchen and an uprightfreezer. Small appliances include 2 crockpots and small 3 pot crockpot, toaster, quesadilla maker, coffee maker, 2 large griddles, hand mixer, blender, chopper. There is linens, blankets, pillows and towels for 42 guests. Liquid hand soap is in kitchen and bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels and all needed kitchen linens are provided for you. We have lived in Garden City, Utah for 14 years and have cleaned and maintained several properties in the area. It has been our dream to have our own nightly rental property and have taken many of the things we have seen are needed for large groups and designed this home just for those needs. The advantage to the renter is that we live in Garden City so we are available for the customers needs. But we will not invade your privacy. Only 1 mile down the walking path gets you to the center of Garden City. Our driveway will have use for about 12 cars. The ground is level enough to allow you to park your ATV trailer and boat. We are near the walking path and only a mile from the center of town for restaurants and all the shakes you want to eat!!! Our home has all inclusive fun!! A castle theme is the creative imagination for the 3rd and 4th levels for the kids to enjoy!! With a slide that comes from the 3rd level down to the main entry. The theme also incorporates the bunk room where the kids can fall into bed after slaying the dragon or being dressed up as a princess or knight in shining armor!! Complete with a kings throne and puppet show theatre!! The garage has an 18 foot ceiling and is large enough to play half court basketball, small pickle ball court and a small volleyball court. This recreation area can be observed from indoor windows in the craft/game room. Special needs can feel comfortable in our home.
