Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house they have rented, as well as the shared common areas of La Dolce Vita, including walking trails, gardens and outdoor spaces. To respect the privacy of other visitors, access to the other accommodations on the property is not allowed. Other things to note • Nightly rates vary depending on the number of guests. The base rate covers 1–2 guests. Please select the actual number of guests to receive the correct total price and avoid any issues at check-in. • For groups exceeding Airbnb’s capacity (16 guests), the additional guest fee is COP $280,000 per person per night. After 16 guests, we will send an extra services request to adjust the reservation. • Bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests. The house is entirely private for your group; no spaces are shared. • If you booked for a specific number of guests and additional visitors join for one or more nights, you must inform us in advance and pay the additional guest fee. • We recommend higher-clearance vehicles or SUVs.
