Private parking on a flat property just a few steps into the sandy bottom of the lake and a view that will take your breath away! It's only a short stroll into center of town. There you'll find plenty of nearby restaurants and bars available for sit-down, take-out or delivery. Visit the casino, amusement park or check out the many ice cream shops! Instacart or Walmart+ is available in with delivery to the house. Marshalls, Walmart and other shopping available with only a short trip to Rome or Oneida. Cozy up on our gorgeous deck overlooking the lake. Or you can choose to relax at your own lakeside waterfront area and firepit or even place your chairs right in the shallow sandy water to cool off to enjoy your beverage and watch the kids play. In the case of inclement weather, you can stay inside and enjoy your beverage at the house's trademark "Piano Bar." Now is a great time for you to reserve this special location here in Sylvan beach. Bring your food or have it delivered to you from local grocery stores to prepare in a cooks kitchen on site. Don't want to cook? No problem. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
