Skiing and snowmobiling just minutes away! This home is located very close to the River (although not visible through the trees) on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott. There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses. The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away (please note posted speed limits, which are often overlooked, but strictly enforced). The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out. Access to the home is provided by means of a keyless entry code that is unique for each reservation. The entire house is available for your use with a very few exceptions. The basement, furnace room, and storage closet/staging room are locked, as they have no guest utility. We are almost always immediately available by messaging through the AirBNB platform, except that it is possible we may not hear the alert if asleep. In addition, we can be reached by phone or text. We live just two minutes away and are happy to meet and fulfill various accommodation requests if we aren’t away at the time. Examples can include specific cooking utensils not present on site, help in getting a fire started in the fireplace, etc. Please review the House Rules, especially with respect to the pet policy, fireworks, etc.
