Our home has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, one with a bath tub. Located in Sparks. The house features a cozy floor plan. It has been renovated with new flooring, paint, and new furniture. The home has been decorated with comfort in mind. There are Tv's in each bedroom and living room and WIFI throughout. Carport parking for RV or trailer. Perfect for OHV toys or the BBQ cook offs. Fenced yards. Pet friendly. Laundry available. Propane BBQ onsite. The space Coffee hutch with Keurig. Coffee and Teas available for your enjoyment. The kitchen has just about everything you will need, and then some. Please let us know if you have any suggestions. Guest access You have full run of the house. Only the garage is off limits, as this has supplies to replenish for each guest. Other things to note Close enough to casinos to have fun with Lady Luck, yet far enough away to have fun with walking trails and other fun activities. Lots of good restaurants, breweries and distilleries too. ***We will give you an alarm code. We do not set the alarm, it is only there for you if you choose to use it. If there is a nuisance alarm and we are charged, we will pass that $75 fee on to you.
