This beautiful Cape home is just 370 steps away from a private beach or less than a 5 minutes stroll to public Ocean Beach with it's boardwalk, pool, mini-golf and waterslides. Easy access to downtown New London, Niantic, Mystic, Stonington, Essex and other shore points in southeastern CT. This large , 5 bedroom home offers off street parking for 4 cars, features a huge cook's kitchen with open plan dining, and provides two full bathrooms and one half bath. Enclosed four season porch offers additional living area and another dining table with seating for 8-12. New 2nd floor deck added in 2020 with ocean views, table/umbrella and seating. Situated in the private Neptune Park beach community, this house has access to a beautiful series of sugar sand beaches, with picturesque rock outcroppings and stunning views to Ledge Lighthouse and Long Island Sound. Take a day trip aboard the ferry to beautiful Block Island, Fisher’s Island, or even Montauk, NY, eat at the numerous restaurants, enjoy hanging out on Bank Street in Connecticut's hippest town. Drive 20 minutes to the casinos, or visit Mystic for lunch, the aquarium or the seaport. Less than 10 minutes from Eugene O'neill Theatre and all the beauty Harkness Park provides! Downstairs the front room contains a King bed. Upstairs the two front rooms with Ocean views are both queen beds. In the back right room there are two twins and in the back left room a twin bunk is on top with a queen bed below.
