This is also perfect for singles and couples who want a quiet and private getaway. This 4-room intimate guest house sits in the backyard of Landlord's Decatur home. It comes complete with a comfortable bedroom, a hotel-like kitchen area, a spacious bathroom suite and a large dressing room for hanging clothes and washing clothes. This is the perfect place for anyone who is seeking a quiet space complete with privacy in a secure environment and even a private patio for those who enjoy a nightcap. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottles of water. And the counter space will have a variety complimentary tea bags and coffee pods for the Keurig for your palate. Quiet window air conditioners are in the bedroom and bathroom will cool the entire clubhouse comfortably. Electric heaters hanging in the the kitchenette and bedroom areas will heat the entire place. Shoes are not to be worn in the space. Therefore, once you enter, place all shoes in the mudroom space and replace with your complimentary house slippers for your comfort during your stay and you can take them home. The patio is complete with chairs and table enclosed with an electric heater for those cool nights outside. One designated parking space is provided on the parking pad to the left of the garage driveway with an attached private walking pathway to the guest house in the back yard. It is approximately 70 feet from the main house. No outside guests allowed on property. It has its own parking for one car and walkway to get to the back. I will be available most times for check-in/walk-through (if needed) and other needs throughout guests' stay. If I am not home, you will get your check-in information the morning of your check-in for the coded number to enter the keyless lock. Do not hesitate to text me anytime. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. If you want to sit on the patio at night without the motion lights coming on, go in the bedroom to the light switch. Only 2 miles to Avondale Estates and 4 miles to Downtown Decatur. Most shops, restaurants and grocery stores are on N. Decatur Road which is a quick 4 mile drive away. You can Instacart and order food from most restaurants in the surrounding area. Also, the new Electric Owl Movie Studio is just around the corner. An Uber or Lyft is a quick 15 mins ride downtown Atlanta. Indian Creek Train Marta station is .2 miles away, Kensington station is 1.2 miles away and Avondale Station is 3.2 miles away. You can also order food for delivery and walk around to the front driveway for pick-up if you are too comfortable to leave the house. Has hand held steamer for clothes, no iron or ironing board.
