The entrance to the house, decorated with a sandstone portal, is reached via a two-way entrance staircase. From the spacious entrance hall you can reach the apartment via two steps. Through the sandstone portal dated 1581, you enter the hall-like living room. It impresses with its ceiling height, the strong exterior walls and the windows framed with round arches. The spacious room is divided into a kitchen corner with dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, the dining area, the living area with two sofas and the large LCD TV, as well as a second sleeping option on a 1.40 m wide upholstered bed. The balcony door leads directly to the small front garden with garden terrace. Here you will find a table with four chairs and a grill cart. The bedroom adjoins the living room. This impresses with its cross-vaulted ceiling. A double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m is available here. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower wall attachment as well as a washing machine. On hot summer days, the thick exterior walls offer a pleasantly cool living environment. A wallbox is available for electric vehicles. Please note that a fee of 10 euros/night and animal is due for accompanying pets. Other things to note An additional €10 is due per pet per night.
