RiqueHouse: Swimming pool, barbecue 500 meters from the beach

Our summer house, cozy, perfect for resting and having fun with swimming pool, modern hammock, large backyard with balcony in front and back, sofa and dining table, plus TV with Chromecast (Netflix/Youtube/+), Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, two toilets. 500m from the beach and about 800m from the commercial center of the region. The space The space is very large, in the front yard, a common area, with space for 1 car, showers to be used on arrival at the beach. Inside the fully private house, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms being a suite, living room and kitchen. At the back is a large, fully private yard with 2 balconies, one with a Gourmet area, modern barbecue and sink. On the back balcony, there is a sofa and hammock to enjoy the pool area with lots of comfort and tranquility. :) And, of course, our beloved and famous acerola tree. Guest access Access common area with 1 car space available for the house. Shower for use on arrival at the beach and support bench. Fully private house and backyard to make the most of every moment ;) Other things to note House rules: • Our house sleeps 4 people comfortably, however, the maximum capacity is 6 guests; • We provide bed linen and blanket for up to 4 people; • Guests are not allowed without notice to the owner; • Parking space limited to 1 vehicle; • Please take basic care when handling household items, remember that this home is also our refuge and coziness; • Check the possibility of bringing pets; • Important: It is strictly forbidden to use speakers and/or any sound devices in all rooms of the listing at levels greater than 50 db; • The use of any sound devices from 8:30 pm to 10:00 am is prohibited. Rules and information about the Pool: • When returning from the beach, please clean the feet in the shower at the entrance of the house to keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone; • In case of rain, please use the pool cover to cover it, thus facilitating the maintenance and future use of it; • Please avoid the use of sunscreen as much as possible, since it makes it difficult to maintain the pool and compromises its cleanliness; • It is forbidden to use the pool on the day of check-out; • Attention, to the consumption of electricity, please turn off the appliances when not in use and the lights when leaving the room, also pay attention to the air conditioning. IMPORTANT: We carry out the investigation of energy consumption - kwh - at each entry and exit of guests. If there is consumption, significantly above normal daily.
