The space The accommodation is a completely renovated two-room apartment of 56 M2. The separate kitchen is equipped with good quality equipment and utensils for the preparation of meals. The bed in the master bedroom is a queen size bed 160*200 cm. In the master bedroom there is also a mezzanine of 9 m2 equipped with two single beds of 90*200cm. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa bed (sleeps 140*200) in the living room if you do not wish to share the same bedroom. A dining area is provided in the living room. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink unit. Many storage cupboards. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned. Outside, you will have a large private terrace of approximately 50 m2 with a Weber gas BBQ, a dining room, and a relaxation area with two deck chairs and a parasol. The accommodation is classified as furnished 4-star tourist accommodation Guest access The accommodation is totally private, the entrance is independent. The terrace is private. The heated swimming pool of dimensions 11m*6m (depth 1m40 - 2M40) is shared with the occupants of the other lodgings (15 people maximum), it is open from 10am to 8pm from April 1st to October 31st. Other things to note Linen is provided, sheets, towels, pool towels, kitchen towels. The washing of linen at the end of the stay is included in the rental price. Basic necessities provided: soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, garbage bags, detergent, dishwasher tablets, household products. Cleaning is not included in the rental price, you must return the accommodation as you found it. A fixed price for the final cleaning of 80€ is proposed to you.
