The space Welcome to "la casa del teix", a rural accommodation with a harmonious atmosphere for the rest of the body and the peace of mind. Our house invites you to disconnect from the worries of everyday life and enjoy the calm, relaxation and beauty of its natural environment, in the heart of the Sierra de Espadán natural park. Breathe, filling yourself with the energy of nature, and experience the pleasure of rural life with its leisurely pace. If you like walking, here you will discover paths and corners full of charm in the lush cork oak forests. Eslida has been known since ancient times for the benefits of its waters and its climate. Enjoy! It's a house from the 19th century house located in the old town, without traffic and of Muslim origin and just 100 meters from the forest. In 2003 we renovated it following bioconstruction and feng shui criteria, all with traditional and natural materials (stone, mud, wood, cork etc.) free of chemicals, but above all with a lot of love. Electricity is of renewable origin and there is waste sorting. The house has three floors. On the main floor there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a living room that communicates with the terrace and with mountain views. From the terrace, a staircase descends to the interior garden where the yew tree that gives the house its name is located, and where there is also a barbecue and a fountain. Upstairs there is a large and open room with two double beds and a full bathroom, with shower and whirlpool tub. Downstairs there is a room with wooden and stone walls and two single beds that connects with the garden. The accommodation is very well located, in the mountains but close to the beaches of the Costa de Azahar. Ideal for a romantic getaway. We don't allow pets. Guest access It has a good wifi connection, 32-inch HD flat screen TV with all kinds of connections (HDMI) and Chromecast. It is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and basic products (salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, cloths, detergent). We also provide sheets, towels, firewood, and charcoal for the barbecue. It has a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hair straightener. The mattresses are viscoelastic and orthopedic. There is a small library with nature guides, poetry, personal growth. There are also board games. Other things to note Price per night for 2 people, supplement per additional person. Minimum 2 nights. Free for children under 3 years old. From 3 to 12 years old, 50%. In the summer months, the price shown is for the entire accommodation regardless of the number of guests.
