Spiral staircases join three floors of spacious rooms, and multiple decks give you views to the ocean and the Yaquina lighthouse. Gathering places include a living room, separate dining area, upstairs loft living area, lower-level family and game room. The six bedrooms and separate sleeping area in the family room mean you can invite family and friends while assuring everyone privacy. Follow the wooden steps through the private beach pathway to find your access to Otter Rock beach! The beach at Otter Rock is a prime, protected surfing area and a great place to sunbathe and beach-comb, and it is conveniently located between Lincoln City and Newport, giving you easy access to attractions in both cities. You'll enjoy spectacular views and a home designed to restore you with the serene, thoughtful way it maximizes its gorgeous location.
