You will stay in a single-story house with a capacity of 4 people, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Entirely created in 2018 in an old stone building dating from the late 19th century. The latter overlooks a wooded and green garden of 600 m2 facing south. The space Kitchen area: An equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster). In the kitchen you will find sponge, garbage bags and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar). Living room area: A 140x190 folding sofa (bedding included), flat screen TV, satellite TV decoder, DVD player and wifi. Night area: One bedroom with double bed (bedding included) and storage space with shelf and wardrobe. A folding crib (bedding included). Bathroom area: A walk-in shower, sink, shelf, toilet, laundry area with worktop that can serve as a changing table with (washing machine and dryer), bath towels, washcloths and toilet paper. A potty. Outdoor area: You will have a private terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and private parking space. You can enjoy the common garden in our home, play petanque or Molkky, play on the swing and give your food scraps to the chickens. Other things to note Bedding is included in the rental price and the beds will be made for your arrival. Towels, bath towels and washcloths are also provided in the rental price. For infants: The folding crib, bedding, high chair, and potty are available in the cottage and are also included in the rental price. You will also find in the kitchen all the dishes, glasses, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans etc. to cook and eat! You will also have a pouch with documentation on ideas for activities you can do during your stay in the area. Recharging your electric car is prohibited unless previously requested. a supplement of 20 euros per recharge will be requested. No cleaning fee is charged, you will find everything you need to do it in its entirety before leaving the gîte (bagless vacuum cleaner, broom, brush, dustpan, mop, surface and floor disinfectant, dishwasher tablet).
