Goldsmith House sleeps 5 in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with private front garden and back garden with shared pool. The swimming pool is situated in the back garden and it is shared with next door Garden House, surrounded by citrus trees with flower & herb beds, all guests are welcome to pick and enjoy them. This gorgeous house is situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town in a very beautiful location close to all the historical sites nearby. The space Bedroom 1 Large double bedroom with handcrafted wooden floor and ceiling, stone walls and beautiful handmade furniture, vanity table, wardrobe and bedside tables with reading lights. Bedroom 2 Spacious twin room with two single beds. This spacious room has lovely features with beautiful handmade furniture and artefacts, should a fifth guest be staying then the single sofabed can be made up. Bathroom 1 Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, clothes washing machine and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 Situated in the front garden with toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooker, toaster, filter coffee machine & kettle and plenty of storage space and all you should need for a comfortable stay. Sitting & dining room This beautiful spacious room is stunning, here you can dine and enjoy the views of the front garden, the sliding glass doors can be fully opened in summer. The sitting room area has a comfortable double sofa and chairs, coffee table, a super place for relaxing, the library provides a selection of interesting books. Gardens Front garden: With comfortable furniture, fireplace, BBQ and sun umbrella. Back garden: The Swimming pool is situated and shared with next door Garden House. Surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, herb garden and flowers and lawns. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the whole property and gardens, there is free private parking inside the property or on the road in front. Other things to note The government requires by strict law that each person staying is registered, passport/identity details will therefore be required. Goldsmith House pool is shared with the next-door Garden House. Due to the gardens at Goldsmith House and in the vicinity, there can be wasps, butterflies that come to drink water from the pool in the hot weather so please consider this if you have any allergies, the property owner accepts no responsibility for any occurrences relating to this.
