The garden rounds the house, which has two different entrances (some steps must be climbed): one entrance on the rear side, spacious and with space to park up to 3 cars. The other entrance, on the front side, offers a direct access from the beach and the promenade, to the principal façade of the building. The house is distributed in a single floor with direct access to the garden, making it functional and comfortable. It has capacity for 8 people: 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 room with a bunk bed), 3 full-equipped bathrooms and toilet, kitchen, garden, living and dining room, terrace… each room has all necessary furniture and utensils to enjoy a pleasant stay.
