My wife and I built this home in 2012 with the intention of it being a family get away for guests like you. The home is in meticulous condition. It is a very short walk to Long Sands Beach....about 500 feet! As you walk on to the beach you will be near the center of Long Sands beach, just south of the Sun & Surf Restaurant. Great for families due to the amount of beach space, even at high tide, and the best crabbing and tide pooling in town at low tide! Perfect spot for walking or running along the beach as well. And a quick walk to some of the local restaurants or take the trolley to the Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands Beach from the end of the street. Floats are available to rent, and the Long Sands Surfing area is only a 10 minute walk away. Life guards on duty all summer. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the 30'x12' rear deck while enjoying the sounds & views of the ocean. Neighborhood is predominantly owner occupied. Extremely safe neighborhood. Dead end road with 10 houses. Walk to: Beach, 'Down Town' (location of restaurants & shops), High School (location of grass fields, skateboard park, track, & tennis courts, high school baseball field), Little League Baseball Field, Nearby Restaurants (Sun & Surf, Lobster Cove, 'The blinkey cone') You will have access to the full home w/ the exception of 1 locked closet which is used for supplies. Access is via combination on doors. We live in town in York Harbor. We are available to assist as needed for questions or assistance. Our road is a dead end dirt road with about 15 houses on it. It is 1 block from the beach. We have a triple sized lot, it has the largest yard, and is very private. The in town trolley stops near the end of the road. 7 night minimum for July & August 2 night minimum for May, June, September, October Parking is for 4 cars. If more than 4 vehicles is required, please discuss this with us first.
