VALPOLICELLA HILLS – RELAX, has just been renovated in 2017 and one of two VALPOLICELLHA HILLS accommodations, is located in the heart of Valpolicella hills. Its red wine production is very well famous all over the world. It is ideal accommodation to be relaxed by the vinyards’ view and the private swimming pool to refresh in the summer time. VALPOLICELLA HILLS – RELAX will offer you a relaxing stay. The space The apartment is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bath room. BEDROOM There are a wardrobe, a king size bed which can be divided into 2 single beds on request. LIVING ROOM It is furnished with a sofa bed which can be a king size bed or 2 single beds on request, a 40 inches screen flat TV. A cradle is also available for baby. KITCHEN It is equipped by a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a fridge with a freezer compartment as well as dishes, cutlery, cups, the necessary utensils for cooking and an extensible table with four chairs. AIR-CONDITION The bedroom, the living room and the kitchen can be air-conditioned. BATHROOM It has a WC, a bidet, a mirror, a washing basin and a shower cabinet. Besides, a bluetooth connection speaker is integrated on the ceiling so that your favourite music on your smartphone or the other electrical devises can be listened connecting by bluetooth while you are in the bathroom. GARDEN There are 30 olive trees in the garden where can be accessed anytime. The organic extra virgin olive oil made from the olives in our garden can be available if you are desired to try. The swimming pool is open during the summer time (usually from June to September) Guest access All the equipments in the kitchen can be used freely. Sets of towels and linen for the number of people can be offered. An iron can be found in the kitchen. The deck chairs and parasol are available on the swimming pool side. Cars can be parked in the property. Other things to note The swimming pool is open exclusively in summer time. As you can see from the photo, it is surrounded by lots of plants and trees. So before using the swimming pool you might need to pick up floating leaves and insects with the net which is provided on the pool side. The internal apartment is no smoking. Negrar city charges you the city tax from 1 June 2021. The city tax is not included in the total amount you pay when you book my listing. It must be paid in cash only when you check-in.
