Large and spacious holiday cottage located in the exciting area Tranum Strand. The house is decorated in a modern, Danish cottage style and offers a spacious kitchen, large living room, activity room with table tennis and table football, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 5 bedrooms including the 3 designed as family rooms and large terrace area to the south/west. There are 2 high chairs and 2 cots. The plot is a large, level plot with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing, having fun around the grill etc. The area has a common playground you can use for free. There is an air-to-air heat pump and pellet stove, so the energy consumption is low. Due to the size of the house the price for cleaning deviates from the normal listed price. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals.
