The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking within the plot for a small car. You can also park on the street just in front of the property without any problem as it is a very quiet street. One of the entry points to the natural park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) walk from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the city 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended.
