Enjoy the beautiful view over the IJsselmeer directly located on the dike in a real Frisian dike house from 1902. From the living room you can look over the lake and can see you up to Enkhuizen and Den Oever. Often with a beautiful sunset at night, with passing ships. The comfortable apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. It is completely self-contained; with its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, seating area, seating area, small roof terrace....and the IJsselmeer beach is right outside your doorstep! The space This holiday home offers a panorama of passing classic ships and a beautiful sunset in the evening. This cozy apartment is set in a very unique and quiet location on the dike of Stavoren, a picturesque "Elfsteden town". The nearest IJsselmeerstrandje is within 2 minutes walking distance. The apartment is for 2-4 persons. It is completely independent; with its own entrance, private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and kitchen. This means that you have complete privacy. Living room has dining and sitting area, large double bed and small roof terrace. There is also a separate room with 2 single beds overlooking the canal at the front. The apartment is ideal if you are a water lover: the skûtsje seling, sailing, (kite) surfing, fishing and swimming play in front of your door. There are also beautiful walks in the woods of the rolling Gaasterland and along the IJsselmeerdijk with its beaches and cliffs. The Eleven Cities Route: Stavoren is one of the Elfstedentocht towns. Therefore the apartment is ideal if you want to ride the Elfstedentocht by bike, motorcycle, canoe, skating or vintage car. Includes: •Linens •towels •Kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid •Parking in front of the door •Cleaning costs •Tourist tax •coffee and tea, sugar and milk etc. Present in the apartment: •Wi-Fi •There is an LCD television and radio. •There is a fridge, Senseo and a standard kofie maker, combination microwave • 2 x induction hob, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. •Coffee (Senseo pads) and tea are provided. •Towels and bed linen are provided •Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel •Supermarket is within easy reach. •There are lovely breakfast tents in the neighborhood. •Check out time is basically 11am. •Check-in time basically from 14:00 hours upon appointment. •Private entrance: 24 hours access. •It's a non-smoking apartment! •No parties/nuisance. •The apartment is on the first floor, due to the staircase, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Our guests stay in their own independent apartment on the top floor (1 high) with its own kitchen, private bathroom, living room, bedroom and balcony. The downstairs floor is currently occupied by us. Other things to note Bikes are for rent in 2 places in Stavoren. Also maybe a nice idea to get on a praam? A trip with the ferry towards Enkhuizen is also recommended (only in high season!).
