Enjoy the magnificent view over the IJsselmeer directly located on the dike in a real Frisian dike house from 1902. From the living room, you can look over the lake and see as far as Enkhuizen and Den Oever. Often with a beautiful sunset in the evening, with passing ships. The comfortable apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. It is completely independent, with its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, small roof terrace... and the IJsselmeer beach is right at your door! The space This vacation home offers a panorama of passing classic ships and a beautiful sunset in the evening. This cozy apartment is located in a very unique and quiet location on the embankment of Stavoren, a picturesque "Eleven Cities town". The nearest IJsselmeer beach is within a 2-minute walking distance. The apartment is for 2-4 people. It is completely independent, with its own entrance, private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and kitchen. This means you have complete privacy. The living room has a dining and sitting area, a large double bed and a small roof terrace. There is also a separate room with 2 single beds overlooking the canal at the front. The apartment is ideal if you are a water lover: the skûtsje sielen, sailing, (kite) surfing, fishing and swimming take place in front of your door. There are also beautiful walks in the forests of the sloping Gaasterland and along the IJsselmeerdijk with its beaches and cliffs. The Elfsteden route: Stavoren is one of the Elfstedentocht towns. Therefore, the apartment is ideal if you want to ride the Elfstedentocht by bicycle, motorcycle, canoe, skating or classic car. Includes: •bedding •Towels •kitchen towels and dish soap •Parking in front of the door •cleaning costs •Tourist tax •Coffee and tea, sugar and milk, etc. Available in the apartment: •WiFi •There is an LCD TV and radio. •There is a fridge, Senseo and a standard coffee maker, combination microwave. • 2 x induction cooktop, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. •Coffee (Senseo pads) and tea are provided. • Towels and bedding are provided. •Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. •Supermarket is within walking distance. •There are nice breakfast places nearby. • Check-out time is basically 11:00 a.m. •Check-in time in principle from 2 p.m. by appointment. •Private entrance: 24-hour access. •It is a non-smoking apartment! •No parties/noise. •The apartment is on the first floor, due to the stairs, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Our guests stay in their own independent apartment on the top floor (1 high) with their own kitchen, private bathroom, living room, bedroom and balcony. The ground floor is currently occupied by ourselves. Other things to note There are bicycles for rent in 2 places in Stavoren. Also maybe a nice idea to get on a barge? A trip by ferry to Enkhuizen is also recommended (only in high season!).
