Independent villa in Torre dell 'Orso in a central but quiet location, overlooking the greenery, 600 meters from the beautiful sea of Salento. Perfect for a couple's vacation, convenient for family or friends. The space The villa is accessed from a beautiful garden, equipped with barbecue, umbrella, deck chairs and a comfortable bathroom with shower. From the garden, via comfortable masonry stairs, you access the first floor where we find a living area consisting of kitchen and living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds that can be joined upon request. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You will have the opportunity to park your car both outside and inside the garden. Guest access The house will be at your complete disposal. We will take care to make you find the barbecue area equipped upon your arrival and a small tasty gift.
