A: The key stays in place. 2- Is it near the beach? How far out are we going? A: 700 meters from the beach, I suggest going by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km, including the SESC Bertioga beach. 3- What is the check-in and check-out time? A: Check-in is flexible as it depends on the departure of the previous guest (if so, I can help you with one of my other accommodations by the set time) and check-out can be until 17:00. 4- Is it near the bus station? A: No, it's a 13-minute drive, but I have people available to transport you. 5- What is the daily rate? What is the total value?
