Sleeps 9. Lake Combie is a private 400 acre lake with access only for owners and their guests. All water sports and boating is allowed. Here are some of the things you can enjoy during your stay. • Private boat dock. Launch ramp is at the end of the property. Wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, tubing and jet skiing is allowed. Regulation slalom ski course on the lake. Tie up at the dock overnight. • Kayaking, kiddie peddle boat, swimming, stand up paddleboard right from the shore or dock. There are 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a peddle boat on the beach available for your use. Please pull them completely out of the water when not in use. • Private waterfront patio with built-in counter, mini-fridge, charcoal bar-b-que, and firepit. This is a perfect area for dinners by the water. Charcoal is located in the cabinet under the outdoor counter along with utensils for outdoor cooking. Firewood is available at the end of the house for your private camp fire and marsh mellow roasting. • Full kitchen in the great room with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen utensils and supplies are ready for your enjoyment. Large screen TV with surround sound, Blue Ray DVD, cable TV and internet. • A full size pool table is in the great room. Challenge your friends to a game. • Large scenic windows overlook the yard and lake. Lots of ventilation with the windows open or use the AC. You can converse with those outside who are enjoying the yard and waterfront. • Hot Tub is available anytime. It will fit 4 comfortably. • Half court basketball court. Make it a one on one game or teams for the championship. • Free Wi-Fi, cable and large screen TV in every room. • Bedroom 2 is 20’ x 25’. It has a king bed, queen futon bed, 2 twin beds. • Bedroom 1 is 12’ x 15” with queen bed. • Greatroom is 30 x 30 with full kitchen, fireplace, entertainment system, and 2 twin hide-a-beds. Lockbox access and private entrance takes you up the stairs to your private suite. Private parking for 4 cars and a trailer on the property. Boat launch is adjacent to the property. Use the private dock for your boat and swimming. The owners of this fabulous Cape Cod Cottage lake house live in the nearby city. They will be occasionally staying in the other side of the house in separate quarters and will be available for questions and assistance. This quiet Lake Combie lakeside community is home to both full time residents and vacation homes. The private lake is only accessible to homeowners and their guests. Summer season may find several boaters on the lake at once. Winters are very quiet and peaceful with waterfowl and wildlife found all around. Large oaks and pines provide a sheltered canopy that makes the outdoors magical. Nearby Auburn, Grass Valley and Nevada City have rich gold mining heritages. You will need your own vehicle to get here. We are at the end of the road on a peninsula jutting out into the lake. Parking for up to 3 vehicles and a trailer is on the property next to the house inside our gate. Groceries, gas and Ace Hardware are a couple miles away. Since this is a private lake access is limited to owners and their guests only. The neighborhood is gated and the boat launch ramp is also locked. You will get access after a confirmed rental.
