The Happy Place @ Flint Ridge

Tired of the over crowed city life? The "Happy Place" is a great place to come get peace of mind in the Ozarks! Our fully loaded 1200 sf 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage sits on 1.25 acers with not a single house in site!! We have a beautiful 200sqf enclosed sunroom With a 400sqf deck to enjoy the valley view out back. River access is only 3-5 minutes away depending on where you want to swim. Flint Ridge Resort is a private gated community with 3 community pools, golf course and Restaurant, river access and float services are offered ON WEEKENDS ONLY (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). You will need to call and confirm that your dates will be available and make a reservation. Flint Ridge Security Office requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Guest MUST show guest passes each time entering through the security gate. There is a $200 tailgating fine you will be responsible for if you are issued a citation by the Security officers. The space Our cottage is very roomy with the open floor plan. The property is an UNFENCED property. Flint ridge is pet friendly but does have a leash law. There is lots of interesting extra décor to enjoy looking at. We have a awesome enclosed sunroom that is great for reading, chilling and especially great for napping lol. There is a book nook with lots of books for reading. Also there are several board game for your enjoyment as well. One shower is handicap accessible. There are 3 small steps to step up onto the front deck to enter the house. We DO offer WIFI, but not cable. The TVs are smart TVs. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life. IMPORTANT NOTICE We have 3 surveillance cameras. One on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. .
