A short venture into town to explore historic sights, museums, unique boutiques, restaurants, art and more. The space A gated complex with private parking. Private gated access to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach accessories provided by owner. There is a private balcony off of the living room. Electric fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher (dishes coffee maker, pots, pans, etc.). Downtown St. Augustine and its famous St George Street are less than 10 miles away. Also, Flagler College is less than 10 miles away, making this condo perfect for visiting or prospective students. Other things to note All pets are strictly prohibited from this property. This is a requirement from our HOA. Only the guests listed on the original booking are permitted in the home. An additional $100 per night per guest will be charged unless previously discussed with us prior to arrival.
