You enter the house on the deck on the lower level, and use an electronic key pad to enter the Great Room. You'll be provided a code to access the space prior to checkin. You do NOT share space with me, it's like a separate house downstairs. The whole lower level is 1,610 sq ft. You get a great room with dining table, seating for 8, 2 couches, a large deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I am here to help if you have any questions. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The wet bar in the Great Room includes a Keurig coffee maker, small fridge in the wet bar, as well as coffee cups, drinking and wine glasses, dishes, bowls and utensils are available to you. NOTE: If you have an electric vehicle you must first notify us before plugging it in, FAILURE to do so will result in a $40 a day charge taken from your security deposit. Some previous guests prompted this rule by plugging in first then telling us about it. Permission first. with permission the charge is $25 per day plugged in and should be paid prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: WE ARE ON SEPTIC & WELL WATER. This community shares a common well. We only ask that people please conserve.
