Renovated 1940's cottage 10 minutes from Broadway! Also, this house was partially designed by the Property Brothers. Take a step inside and see for yourself. The space This beautiful cottage has modern amenities like renovated kitchen, renovated bathroom, and giant screened in deck (perfect for evening whiskey or morning coffee). There are 2 queen sized beds and 1 really comfy couch. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom, living room, back deck, and two bedrooms. There is a basement apartment where I live (when I'm not traveling) I'm around if you need anything but won't be in your space. Most importantly, the essentials (teapot, coffee grinder, coffee maker, Chemex) Other things to note No parties. No fires. No smoking (inside or outside) Please enjoy the screened back deck. It's amazing, but the quiet hours are after 10PM on weekdays and 11p on weekends. Out of respect for my neighbors, please take conversations indoors after that time.
