Happy Hour is a beautiful lakefront home designed around the celebration of family and friends. It is ideal for reunions, gatherings, and entertaining. Built to accommodate up to 30 guests in beds. Guests must be 26 years of age to rent. Located on an acre lot w/ more than 200 feet of private water frontage & built right on the 1044 (the lowest and closest to the lake that the Tennessee Valley Water Authority will allow). 18 x 30 fire pit, covered dock, tiki bar, hot tub, 2 full kitchens. Happy Hour was designed for large groups to have a very comfortable stay. It was built with large open spaces for everyone to congregate and several private areas to "get away and relax" when desired. The main level entry is located on the street level and has one very small step to access the front covered porch. The Owners suite and two other bedrooms are located on the main floor, guest that like to avoid steps can enjoy everything they need on this one floor, (bdrm, kitchen, Bathroom, outdoor dining area etc.) The lower middle level is enhanced with 3 bdrms, 1 full bath, a second full size kitchen and dining area, laundry room, and a 2nd outdoor dining area. The 3 rd level down offers 2 bedrooms, full bath, a game room equipped with an air hockey table. * Bedroom # 8 has 2 full over full bunk beds. This level also has a outdoor living space to include a private hot tube deck. The 3rd level walks out to a walking path and a 18 x 32 fire pit area that was built on the edge of the water and has incredible views of Norris Lake. The fire pit is one of the reasons our guest come back year after year for a visit. Just below the fire pit area is our private dock. The dock is one of our guests favorite features. Enhanced with a water slide and a tiki bar, it offers the perfect environment to enjoy the lake when you are not out on your boat. It was built to accommodate 4 boats (One under a covered slip) and has 2 personal watercraft drive up docks. Happy Hour is unique in that it has ample parking space just outside the front door. Up to 8 vehicles can park in front of the house depending on their size. Happy Hour guests will have access to the entire 1 acre lot and home. They will have access to the miles of walking path on the lake's water line, the community's swimming pool and boat ramp and boat trailer parking. The owners will not be on site during the guests stay but will be available to help with any questions that may come up. Happy Hour is conveniently located in the Lakeside Estates gated community just a few miles from I-75 and minutes from the city of La Follette and just a few miles from St Mary's Hospital. From the lake, you couldn't ask for a better location. The very popular Deerfield Resort is located just south of Lakeside Estates and around the corner from Sugar Hollow Marina, Shanghai Marina, Springs Resort and just around the corner from the very popular jumping bridge . You can enjoy these full service marinas and restaurants within a few minute boat ride, yet be very secluded at your vacation home. Happy Hour is located in the very popular Lakeside Estates neighborhood. What makes this location in demand is the quick access to I 75 (25 min), downtown Lafollette (10 Min), a regional hospital (10 min), grocery store (8 min) and yet close to the 3 most popular marinas on Norris lake. An 18 x 32 foot fire pit and camping area has just been added on the waters edge. It is elevated and overlooks the water & is perfect for evening gatherings or early Spring and Fall activities. Like the rest of Happy Hour, it was designed with the group gathering/family in mind. Sharing stories with your friend/relatives around the fire or just roasting marshmallows with your grandchildren is a special experience you will remember for a lifetime. Two tent areas beyond the main gathering area are ideal for the kids to have a campout close to the house during your vacation. The main level kitchen is enhanced with granite counter tops and custom Tennessee built cabinets. The majority of the main level has authentic hardwood flooring, 17 foot tall cathedral ceilings, a 50 LCD TV, two dining areas, a beautiful owners suite equipped with a king bed and desk area for working. The owner’s bath is top of the line with a Jacuzzi type tub and tile flooring. Happy Hour has two full kitchens and two outdoor grilling areas.The 2nd bedroom on the main level has a king bed and adjoins a full bath via a private entrance. This 2nd bath is also open to the great room and is a common bath. The 3rd bedroom offers two full size beds and a great view. The Main level deck extends the length of the home as do the other 2 levels of deck, and offers a sunning area with lounge chairs at one end and a table and chair area with a large stainless steel grill at the other. The middle level has an open floor plan complete with a large family room with a spectacular view and a 50 inch TV, as well as a 2nd full kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, full bath and a laundry room with an extra ice maker. The 4th bedroom is located on the lakeside and has a king bed and TV. The 5th bedroom offers a king bed. The 6th bedroom is set up ideally for the young family with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks with a trundle pull out bed. There is plenty of room for a Pack N Play as Happy Hour has two of them upon request. The lower walkout level, as mentioned above, is complete with a recreation/game room and two bedrooms. The 7th bedroom has two twin bunks. The 8th bedroom is a large room w/ two full over full bunk bed sets. **Between mid November and the first of March the water levels at Norris Lake are normally down. This can limit access to the dock depending on the water level. **RENTALS ~ During PEAK SEASON (which runs from the week after Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend) we only rent for a week at a time. We rent from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (7 nights). During the OFF PEAK times we require a 2 night minimum stay. Thank you!
