Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except two owners closets and they have access to the laundry room in the garage. Other things to note If there are torrential rains the area underneath our house may flood impacting the availability of the house for guest stays. Flooding during storms in this area of Kill Devil Hills can be neighborhood wide. We have made efforts to fix the issue but when there is a large amount of rain in a short time our systems cannot keep up. Our cleaner strives to have our house available by 4:00. However there are times when check in may be delayed due to cleaning. We will message you on your check in day if it seems as though the 4:00 check in time will be delayed.
