At some point it was turned into a two-unit dwelling and was used as a rental for 30+ years. We purchased this home in 2016 and were the first owner-occupants in a VERY long time. Off the kitchen there is a back door with a private back porch space. This door is also convenient for easy enter/exit when from the garage. The living room has a non functioning fireplace which is still pretty to look at.
