With its own private patio for your exclusive use, it's a safe, secure, and serene stay. The space This secluded backyard cottage offers everything you need for a peaceful stay whether for work or leisure. Enter using the keypad and find yourself in the Italian-tiled kitchen, complete with gas range, programmable coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, quartz countertop, and stylish cabinets. Whether you're making coffee or a 3-course dinner, the kitchen has everything you need. The studio has a queen-sized bed, with a super comfortable mattress, grey-stained oak flooring, and a cozy loveseat for relaxing. Equipped with its own dedicated WIFI, it's perfect for anyone needing to work remotely, check emails, or Zoom with family after a long day. Special lighting design provides for everything from the brightest workspace to the coziest ambient evening light and ample storage space keeps your belongings out of your way, as you enjoy streaming TV, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or soaking in the bath. For complete climate control, use the remote to activate the heat or air conditioning, or pull down the double-hung windows to get fresh air while maintaining visual privacy. Step off your front porch onto a fenced-in private patio for your exclusive use, surrounded by the garden and with a bistro table and chairs. You’ll have access to a shared washer and dryer, along with plentiful free street parking. Other things to note The cottage and the entire property are strictly non-smoking. The space is not suitable for children. The space is intended for one person; a second person is negotiable for an additional fee. Because we are in a quiet residential area, we observe quiet times from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
