Modern Stinson Beach Lagoon Home

Located on Seadrift lagoon across from the Pacific Ocean, our 950sf home is designed to maximize a modern interior and 4 outdoor spaces. The home boasts a 10-ft kitchen island, family sofa, dining, 2 primary suites, a twin bunk room, 3 baths (one separate with laundry), 3 outdoor showers and a hot tub. A perfect getaway to hike, surf, walk, bike, swim, paddle board, dine, sleep, read, + enjoy! THREE RULES - 6 PEOPLE, NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Otherwise, all welcome! The space The house sleeps 6 comfortably with ample room to socialize or find a secluded corner to read, nap and sunbathe. The main deck seats every guest; the front deck has two sitting chairs to soak in the sun. The fire pit seats 4, and the dock off the lagoon allows 6 to a full-body lie down with lots of additional space. The bunk room sleeps children, teens or cozy adults comfortably. Guest access A private gate allows guests into Seadrift. We provide guest names to the front gate prior to arrival. The gate provides a pass for car windows. After hours, guests have a gate card located in our home which allows guests into the neighborhood in the evening with the gate house has closed. Other things to note We offer a Tesla plug for car charging, use of our paddle boards, bikes and a fully stocked kitchen.
