The main living area, kitchen, and dining area are integrated on the first floor to offer you the perfect space to gather with friends & family. There is a 50' TV in the living room along with a movie screen that can be used with a projector that can be set up in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, an extra drink fridge, and many small appliances like a stand mixer, Vitamix, crock pot, and a food processor. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. 🛌 Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a TV. 🛌 Bedroom 2 has a Twin over Full bunk bed - This is also the laundry room & includes a washer & dryer that are available for your use. On the 2nd floor, you'll find an open loft that overlooks the main floor living room with a card table, two hanging chairs, and a single futon. There is also a queen sized bean-bag bed in the loft as well. This space also has an office area with a desk, office chair, and printer available for work time if you need it. 🛌 Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed plus a pull out couch (full size). There is also a walk-in closet. The separate full bathroom has a standup shower and jetted tub. **Both bathrooms in the house are accessible from the main living areas and not combine with any bedrooms Other Features: -High-speed internet -Fully outfitted kitchen -All-natural cleaning supplies -Gas grill -Fire Pit -Dock The house comes with a 26' Pontoon boat available to rent for an additional fee - message us for rates and details Pets: We do allow UP TO 2 dogs at the property. The pet fee is $150 per pet, to be paid when you check in. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire home. There is space to *tightly* fit 4 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street. Please do NOT park any more than 2 cars on the street without prior approval. There are full-time residents living next door - this is NOT a party house and the quietness of the neighborhood should be respected at all times. Other things to note We would love to offer early checkin to everyone, however cleaning & laundry between guests does take time. IF POSSIBLE, we will let you know if the house is ready prior to 4pm. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the 11am check out time unless the house is not booked the following day. If there is availability, you may stay later into the day for half the price of an additional night.
