Peaceful and quiet beach house, great for a relaxing weekend for young families and couples. House was built in December of 2019. This home is located on the West end of Galveston Island. The pedestrian-only beach is located just a few steps from the house. The house has views of the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Bay. We recommend that all guest consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or cancelations. GVR07986 The space The first floor of this peaceful retreat has an open floor plan with a spacious living room with a pull-out couch for anyone sleeping on the first floor. A dining table for six separates the living room and the kitchen; the kitchen features an island with seating for two, as well as: microwave, oven/stovetop, coffee maker and Nespresso, blender and essential cups and plates. Also on the first floor is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half-bath. The second floor includes the spacious master suite with an attached master bath with a walk-in shower that features dual shower heads. This suite also has a private ocean view deck. In addition, you have two other bedrooms. One room with a queen-size bed and the other offers a unique nautical theme. The bunk beds are twin XL size on top and full size on the bottom. These rooms share the hall bathroom. An outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach is located on the ground floor. Both decks have outdoor furniture for relaxing or watching the pelicans or rabbits that frequent the green space behind the house. Beach essentials are available in the garage. Guest access The beach house provides free on-site covered parking so that you can come in and easily unload. This is a quiet single-family neighborhood that is family-friendly and great for a weekend getaway. Other things to note The 7th Wave is located about 20 minutes from downtown Galveston. There is a gas station/ mini mart 5 minutes away and take out food is available at The Point restaurant about 1 mile from the house. Nate's West End restaurant is another restaurant option, located about 10 minutes away. Just next door to Nate's restaurant you will find the Seven Seas grocery, which has just about anything you might need, from ice cream to flip flops. Registration Details GVR-07986
