There is a brand new propane BBQ located in the backyard. High speed WiFi is free and available throughout the cabin. Absolutely no downloading of illegal movies with bit torrent or any other software through wifi at our cabin our service provider will permanently terminate service and take legal action. Breakfast: Red Hut is less than a block away on the same side of the street as the cabin a very short walk towards the lake. We love this place! When we come up we eat here every morning with the kids :) Lunch: Base Camp Pizza, Blue Dog Pizza, Applebee's, California Burger Co, Macduff's Pub, Baja Fresh, Subway, Applebee's, Bert's Cafe, and more. Dinner: Cabo Wabo, Baja Fresh, Nephele's, Azul Latin Kitchen, Friday Station, Sage Room these are just a few you can look on yelp and trip advisor for other choices as well. Other things to note HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT The owners of 3 Bears Cabin use of spa & bbq at no additional cost to guest. Guests will use spa at their own risk and hold owners harmless now and in the future for any injury caused by negligent use, operating malfunctioned equipment, carelessness, operating in a manner that is not consistent with safety or consideration of the safety of others. All guests must sign this document as a condition to stay at 3 Bears Cabin. AS A CONVENIENCE TO GUESTS THIS NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON THE INSIDE ENTRY DOOR WITH COPIES ON THE COUNTER FOR SIGNATURES. FAILURE TO SIGN DOES NOT RELEASE GUESTS OF PROPER NOTIFICATION OR RELEASE OF GUESTS LIABILITY. We can not be held responsible for weather conditions changing. Please No smoking...Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the cabin. 2. Check in is anytime after 4pm 3. Check out by 10am 4. Self Check-in with lock box - our permit only allows 2 cars in the driveway 5. Security deposit is $250 - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250 6. Please remove your shoes in the cabin we have a shoe tray at the entry door. 7. Any missing items will be deducted from your deposit plus a $50 service fee per item. 8. Please do not leave any food in the cabin. 9. Please clean the BBQ after each use, bring in utensils, and cover the grill. 10. Please leave the thermostat set at 60 degrees when checking out. 11. This is not a party house it is our family home. Please please take care of our home as if it were your own and enjoy your stay at 3 Bears Den. 12. VERY IMPORTANT!! This is a family neighborhood, there is a mandatory noise ordinance from 7am-10pm from the city of South Lake Tahoe. Any complaints are unacceptable and are terms for immediate eviction as we can be fined for any noise after hours and our vacation home rental permit revoked. 13. You are coming to high elevation and the mountains where it will be cold/snow please always check weather conditions. 14. VERY IMPORTANT!! Please dispose of all garbage properly the cans are located in the brown bear box. Garbage day is on Monday. The city of South Lake Tahoe will fine for littering and revoke our vacation rental permit. We can not have any complaints please be responsible. Thank you very much for following the City Of South Lake Tahoe laws and rules set in place. 15. If a pet is taken into our home unknowingly you will be charged $150. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all hosts and guests must review and follow Airbnb's social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines.
