Stunning, ADU cottage w/ higher end finishes. Endless VIEWS of mountains set on a beautiful, peaceful, upscale gated, property surrounded by redwood, pine & oak trees. 1 mile to large regional parks for hiking, mountain biking and horse stables. Nature at its best! Pool heated May 31st to October 30th. 16 miles to San Francisco, 5-10 minutes to many restaurants. New Jacuzzi and outdoor sauna. Large patio, pool / deck (6500 sq foot outdoor oasis shared with main house with a small family of 4) The space The cottage is laid out as a studio unit with full kitchen and is loaded with amenities inside and out. There is a couch in cozy living area but it’s not a sleeper sofa. We do have a pack n play for those with babies. The space is not ideal for three adults given it’s a studio but we do have an emergency blow up bed if needed. Perfect for couples and romantic getaways. There is a grill, fire pit to look out over the stars at night, sauna and jacuzzi to relax in, pool to swim laps in, hammock to just chill and read a book. Property is in a safe, secure area and has an electric gate to gain entry into the main house and also cottage. Centrally located so one feels like they are in a remote area of nature but yet 5 minutes to the highway. Property sits on top of the Bay Area Ridgeline of the East Bay. Many restaurants not too far and modern conveniences as well. Guest access There is a separate guest entrance with space along with the side of the main house specific that is specific for the tiny house. There is a lock code as well which will be given before checkin. Other things to note The ADU is separated from the main house by approximately 40 feet and has its own amazing views to wake up and fall asleep to. The outdoor sauna, jacuzzi, two fire pits, or grill will not be used by anyone in the main house while guest of Airbnb are residing in the ADU/cottage. The outdoor area is not available for outdoor venues as we prefer to preserve and respect this little oasis leaving it for a more intimate experience. The pool is not heated in the winter so an electronic pool cover is kept on top of the pool. For those that enjoy a hot/cold therapy experience - the pool cover can be opened in the shallow end to sit for a few minute plunge. The outdoor amenities are used at your own risk. Both main house and ADU are secured by a gated, electrical gate with Keypad for entry. Property is run off solar and backed up with large generator so there are never any power outages here. Bring Binoculars if your possibly want to spot a soaring Eagle 🦅 in the gorgeous view!
