Nomadé, Fresas, Dovetail Pizza or the super chic Lenior (SoFi) is less than a 10 minute walk on S 1st. Torchy's Tacos and El Primo taco truck is just 2 1/2 blocks away! The spacious master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable new King size bed with super-soft bamboo linens. En suite bathroom with rain shower. A vanity with seating and mirror is also in the master, along with a full closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, same lux linens. It is a slightly smaller room with a full closet and dresser. The 3rd bedroom is set up with two pillow-top twin beds, a full size closet and dresser. There is a second large bathroom with a full size bathtub/shower and sink between these two bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a new Queen bed as well. The back wall is all window — looking out to the private bamboo patio. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and bathrobes. Every room has fabulous original windows and the natural light in Casa SoCo is superb. Casa SoCo has plenty of outdoor seating so you can chill with your family or friends. Sit around the fire pit in our comfy Adirondack chairs under our magnificent 250 year old live oak tree. Our back patio is an ideal place to BBQ on gas grill, share a bottle of wine and nosh.
