Kuker Carriage House was originally a barn that has been converted into apartments in the heart of the newly revitalized Florence downtown. This first floor unit was just fully renovated and is ready for you to enjoy, whether for a short overnight stop or a longer extended stay. This space is bright and open with lots of natural light and a fully enclosed private courtyard. Queen bed, twin daybed, full bath, Wifi and TV. Walkable to parks and restaurants. Just 4 miles from I95 and I20 The space Large open interior with queen sized bed, twin daybed, a full kitchen with laundry, and a full bathroom. This space is equipped with a work space, eating area, WiFi, and plenty of seating. There are a couple steps up into the apartment, a step down into the den upon entering, and the bedroom and bathroom each have a couple steps up into them. *Please note that this is an old building with upstairs/downstairs units. There may be times that you will be able to hear sounds from the neighbors upstairs. There are sound machines in the apartment for you to use if you choose.* Outdoors is a private courtyard with eating space and additional seating area. This space is fully enclosed and accessed through a gate. Again, please note that the Carriage House is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds while outside. It is also an upstairs/downstairs duplex so you are likely to hear noise from the other unit on occasion. It is important to honor our quiet hours. Our property is not for hosting additional guests or hosting parties under any circumstances. This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY (tobacco, marijuana, or any substance) While we do have a full kitchen available, due to the risk of fire and damaging odors, absolutely no deep frying or pan frying is allowed. If evidence of frying is found, there will be a $150 additional cleaning fee applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding. We do accept pets (must be on your reservation) for a fee of $35. Please understand that we cannot allow for dogs to bark/howl or aggressive breeds as it would disturb other guests in the duplex. Due to safety and security of our guests, the booker must be 25 or older and staying on property. No third party bookings. There are a couple steps up to the front door from the outside and an immediate step down into the living room. Please be careful entering. Also, the bedroom and bathroom are each up two steps.
